We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare cost estimates, and handle the filings you instruct us on. To do that, we may share relevant matter details with the local patent and trademark associates who carry out filings in each jurisdiction, and with translators where translation is required. We do not sell your information.
Third-party services
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you contact us through WhatsApp or follow links to our social media pages, those services’ own privacy policies apply.
Confidentiality and retention
We treat unpublished application details and documents as confidential. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
